1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CelestiAI, operated by CELESTI Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
CelestiAI provides AI-assisted voice, video, content creation, scheduling, and social publishing tools. Features may use third-party services, including social platforms that you choose to connect.
3. Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your account security, the content you create or upload, and ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver it as part of the service.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize CelestiAI to perform only the actions you request, such as uploading a draft or publishing selected content. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms. You may disconnect a platform at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CelestiAI to violate laws, intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, abuse connected platforms, or create unlawful or harmful content.
6. Fees and availability
Paid features, credits, renewal terms, and applicable charges are shown before purchase. We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before publication. To the extent permitted by law, CELESTI Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date here.
