Most weak UGC scripts have the same problem: they describe the product before earning attention.

A useful script moves through the buyer's questions in order:

  1. Is this relevant to me?
  2. Do you understand my problem?
  3. Why should I believe this solution?
  4. What should I do next?

The H–C–P–D–A framework

Use five blocks: Hook, Context, Promise, Demonstration, Action.

Hook

The hook should identify a situation, tension, or unexpected idea. It does not need to shout.

Weak: “You need to try this amazing AI tool.”

Stronger: “If every new UGC variation requires a new shoot, your testing system is the bottleneck.”

Useful hook categories:

  • Problem: name the friction.
  • Contrarian: challenge a common assumption.
  • Result: show a desirable outcome with context.
  • Demonstration: begin with the action.
  • Story: open at the moment something changed.

Write at least ten hooks before choosing three to test.

Context

Prove that the speaker understands the viewer. One or two lines are enough.

We had scripts ready, but scheduling creators and revisions meant every test arrived too late.

Avoid broad statements such as “content is important.” Specific context creates recognition.

Promise

State the outcome and the mechanism. Do not use an unsupported superlative.

This workflow keeps the approved creator and voice, then lets the team test a new hook without rebuilding the entire production.

The mechanism is what turns a claim into an explanation.

Demonstration or proof

Show something the viewer can evaluate:

  • the setup before and after,
  • a screen recording,
  • the generated variations,
  • a real workflow,
  • a customer quote with permission,
  • or a measurable result with proper context.

Proof should answer the objection created by the promise. If you promise speed, show the shorter workflow. If you promise consistency, show multiple outputs with the same creator.

Action

Match the CTA to intent.

For a cold viewer: “See the complete example.”

For an evaluating buyer: “Build the same workflow with your product.”

For a ready buyer: “Start your first campaign.”

Asking every viewer to “buy now” ignores where they are in the decision.

A 30-second template

Hook: If [recognizable problem], stop [common but ineffective response].

Context: We ran into this when [specific situation].

Promise: The better approach is [mechanism] so you can [outcome].

Proof: Here is what that looks like: [visible demonstration].

Action: If you want [next outcome], [one next step].

Write modular scripts for testing

Label each block in your working document. Create three hooks, two proof sections, and two CTAs. That gives twelve combinations without writing twelve scripts from zero.

Keep version names clear:

  • H1–P1–CTA1
  • H2–P1–CTA1
  • H3–P2–CTA2

This makes performance analysis far easier than naming files “final-v7-new.”

Voice and lip-sync editing pass

Before generating audio:

  • replace long words when a simpler phrase works,
  • add punctuation where the speaker should breathe,
  • remove repeated setup,
  • spell brand names phonetically if needed,
  • and keep the most important phrase in one sentence.

Five ready-to-adapt hooks

  1. “Before you hire another creator, check this part of your workflow.”
  2. “The reason your UGC looks like an ad is probably not the camera.”
  3. “Here is how we turn one approved video into five controlled tests.”
  4. “If your Thai version sounds translated, change the script before the voice.”
  5. “Most personal-brand videos lose viewers before the useful part. Start here instead.”

The script is the highest-leverage production asset. A better model cannot rescue a vague argument, while a clear argument can work across many creators and formats.

Generate a script and talking video in UGC Maker or continue with the 30-day content system.
